This multi-parameter, compact, automated capillary electrophoresis instrument offers a comprehensive menu on serum and whole blood for Protein, Immunotyping, HbA1c, Hemoglobin and CDT (Carbohydrate Deficient Transferrin) testing.
For whole blood testing, the capped tubes are gently inverted to ensure adequate mixing of the samples providing accurate results. The instrument provides complete walk-away automation reducing overall labor requirements.

The CAPILLARYS 3 OCTA has the great heritage of CAPILLARYS 2 FLEX-PIERCING, with countless enhancements, based on the same technology as CAPILLARYS 3 TERA.

The CAPILLARYS 3 OCTA offers a broad assay menu in myeloma, diabetes, hemoglobinopathies and chronic alcohol abuse.
The CAPILLARYS 3 OCTA shares the same reagent and consumables as the other CAPILLARYS 3 instruments, allowing the lab to adopt the most relevant platforms, mixing CAPILLARYS 3 OCTA, TERA, TERA TLA and TERA MC configurations to match exactly the needs of their organization. This flexibility also allows the lab to evolve easily by scaling up the Sebia solution.
