Babirus at WHX Labs 2026 in Dubai

Babirus returned to WHX Labs 2026 (formerly Medlab) this February at the Dubai World Trade Centre, bringing four busy and memorable days to Booth S3.C10 in the Sheikh Saeed Halls. From 10 to 13 February, the space around our stand stayed lively, with constant movement, conversations, and curiosity as laboratory professionals from across the region came to see what is shaping the next phase of diagnostics.

What truly shaped this year’s experience were the people around us. Our partners SML Genetree, Devyser, Autobio, Ustar, and MADx were present throughout the event, alongside colleagues from Rustom Saudi, Babirus Türkiye, and Babirus Egypt. Having everyone together in one place made the week feel personal. We were able to spend real time with key opinion leaders and long-standing collaborators in a way that only face-to-face meetings allow.

Visitors to the stand explored a wide range of diagnostic technologies designed to support everyday laboratory work. These included Eurospital EU Turbo, Vircell VirClia Lotus, FebriDx, Alegria 2, SD Biosensor TB kits, Lactofan, Bioneer ExiStation and ExiPrep, and Amplex Eazyplex. Demonstrating the systems in person opened space for honest conversations about daily challenges inside the lab, practical efficiency, and where diagnostic services across the region are heading.

As the exhibition came to an end, what stayed with us most was not a single meeting or product, but the overall sense of shared progress across the halls. WHX Labs once again felt less like an event and more like a meeting point for a community moving in the same direction. Babirus leaves this year’s edition grateful for every visit, every conversation, and looking ahead with quiet confidence to what comes next.
